Our self defense classes incorporate training methods to build a fighting spirit and to train students on how to respond physically in confrontations. Using basic self defense and martial arts techniques, students learn how to evade, escape, and defend from attack and how to fall and land safely. We teach a variety of counter attack methods including footwork, kicking, hand strikes, and using the elbows and knees effectively to slow or stop an assailant. Students will learn valuable skills to build the self-confidence needed to protect themselves in any situation.
